The Opportunity

Fulton Hogan's Infrastructure Services division is currently seeking motivated self-starters to join the Spray Seal team as crew members. The positions will be based out of Rutherford and will be seasonal in nature, i.e. busy work months between October - May and quieter during winter.

What we need from you?

• To be successful you will:
• Hold a current HR or HC Licence
• Have relevant industry cards, e.g. Construction Induction Card
• Have a positive attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Possess a strong commitment to safety
• Be someone who enjoys an outdoor working environment

While not essential, it is advantageous if you:

• Have previous experience in the spray seal industry
• Are available for weekends, or to live and travel away from home as required
• Have experience on mobile plant, e.g. : roller or front end loader
• Have Spotters, First Aid, Traffic Control tickets

The pre-employment process will include a medical check including drug and alcohol screening
